Personal data
The contact form collects the information you submit — last name, first name, email address, phone number, project description and attachments. It is used solely to handle and answer your request. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Legal basis: the consent you give by writing to us, and the studio's legitimate interest in answering an enquiry. Data is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@cerbere.fr. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
Audience on this site is measured with a self-hosted tool, configured to the CNIL's recommendations: anonymised data, no cross-referencing with other processing, no tracking from one site to another. It therefore falls under the consent exemption — which is why no cookie banner appears.
No advertising cookies are set. No browsing data is passed on to third parties.
